I’m Maggie, your Food Truck business coach. Since 2017, I’ve been fully immersed in Auckland’s vibrant food truck scene.


My food truck journey started back in 2016 when I launched my own truck, RAWE. Since then, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working alongside hundreds of talented food truck owners and organizing hundreds of street food events and festivals across New Zealand.

In 2024, I was named one of New Zealand’s Top 50 Most Inspiring Women in Food and Drink for my work co-founding The Food Truck Collective, where we’ve helped grow and champion the industry by giving food trucks a platform to truly shine. I also launched The Food Truck Podcast, where I sit down with experienced food truck operators from Auckland to chat about their journey, how they got started and the lessons they've learned along the way.
